In the unlikely event your goods arrive faulty they will be exchanged or fully refunded, providing we are notified no more than 7 days of the item/s being received via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, the item then must be returned to us within 7 days of our response.
Please ensure that you measure your dog carefully whilst deciding on sizing, if you have any worries about sizing please contact us. We are only able to exchange incorrect sizes for an item of the same value. Returned goods must be in the condition sold and unused with original packaging and any tags intact.
